It's actually SO important, but often we tend to forget it...we tend to forget that we're all humans and we need some time for ourselves...
I am probably not the right person to talk about that but recently I've made little steps moving forward it and realized how much I love it.
I think Me time is so necessary. Sometimes you just need to take some time off, focus on your mind, think about things and just relax..It can be very different things to people, even the littlest things in our lives.
Some people work out...this is their way to find the time in their day to focus on themselves...they work on themselves, to look better. It's just them and working out. They don't think about their problems, others. They push the limits for themselves.
Some people go to spas. It's their way of relaxing, they take all their mind off, they treat themselves.
People read books, to get have a peek into another world.
Peale go for walks, where they ignore their phones, take their headphones out and just process their thoughts that have gathered there..They just listen to birds and the sound of wave, just the natural voices.
From the new year I have a goal. I want to start having time for myself at least once in a week...when I feel I have a stressful day coming, I just go for a walk and make a face mask. Just time, where I don't think about the hectic future, just focus on the present.
I want to start taking more care of myself, because it's so easy to get lost in the world, in dramas, helping others but we forget ourselves....and this is the mistake I've been doing and I've realized it..And I think now it's right time to change it, why not to pamper myself? Love myself a little more? Doesn't sound that hard, does it?
